The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our Finance team.
In this role you will be responsible accounts payable including scheduling pay runs and monitoring invoice authorisations, bank statement and credit card reconciliations, accounts receivable, report preparation and supporting end of month processes. There is plenty opportunity for growth and upskilling within our small, supportive team.
This role will be on a part time basis, approximately 19hrs per week which can be spread across 3 or 4 days and can easily fit around school hours. Initially based in Mentone, then from mid next year in Noble Park, there may also be some opportunity to work from home.
About you
Prior experience in accounts payable or a general accounts role
Experience using Microsoft GP will be highly regarded
Competent with the Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
