Formed in 1917, the Queen Elizabeth Centre (QEC) is Victoria’s largest provider of residential and community parenting programs in Victoria. QEC’s vision is for children to get the best start in life. Our work recognises the important role parents/carers play in nurturing, protecting and enhancing the health, development and growth of their children to enable this best start in life. Our team work in partnership with parents/carers to achieve this through support, education, mentoring and coaching.
The QEC residential unit based at Noble Park provides 1, 5 and 10 day programs for caregivers experiencing challenges with parenting. Families are provided with practical support, education and advice whilst residing at QEC. We provide individual coaching, counselling and modelling to support this.
