Community Administrator

Part time, 21 hours per week

Our work recognises the important role parents/carers play in nurturing, protecting and enhancing the health, development and growth of their children to enable this best start in life.  Our team work in partnership with parents/carers to achieve this through support, education, mentoring and coaching.


We are keen to hear from experienced administrators interested in joining our team based in Preston. The Community Administrator is responsible for all branch administration, supporting staff and overseeing meeting coordination, schedules and reporting deadlines. The role will involve formatting and collating files, assisting the branch OHSES representative, preparing statistical reports, undertaking responsibility for the Preston car fleet and carrying out general administrative duties. .


To be considered for this position you will need previous administration experience, along with adeptness for information technology. You will be highly organised, have strong attention to detail with the ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities and work to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
