About the role:

The Family Connections Manager (Specialist Services) will be responsible for leading an innovative and progressive multidisciplinary team consisting of Maternal and Child Health Nurses, Registered Nurses with varying specialties (mental health, paediatrics, drug and alcohol and infant mental health), Social Workers and other Allied Health professionals. The role will oversee client service delivery within a number of programs including Day Stay, Play Steps, Assessment and Intake, Tuning In Online Program (TOP) and ForWhen programs.  

The Family Connections Manager (Specialist Services) is a collaborative member of QEC’s broader organisational leadership team ensuring positive outcomes for families within a family centred model while adhering to program funding guidelines.

 

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic leader who will possess;

Current AHPRA Registration as relevant

Registered Nurse Division 1 or Bachelor's degree in a related health field such as Psychology or Social Work

Desireable post-graduate qualification in Mental Health, Midwifery or Graduate Certificate in Paediatric Nursing

Health service leadership /management experience

Demonstrated success in driving processes and a culture of quality improvement and clinical governance
