Who can attend: This workshop is relevant for any professionals involved in documenting

information and case notes about clients in the health and welfare sector including:

Case managers

Family support workers

Early childhood educators and workers

Child and family health nurses

Children’s services workers

Disability service staff workers

Aim of Training

This workshop is aimed at developing workers’ knowledge and skills based on current

legislative requirements. Discussion will include issues related to electronic documentation,

legal requirements and the use of records and reports in court matters.

This interactive workshop will allow participants time to practise

documentation skills and share experience. Participants are

encouraged to explore the elements of good documentation

within the context of their own individual organisations
