FACILITY HIRE

The QEC Conference and Education Centre is available to meet the needs of organisations, groups and individuals alike in planning their next meeting, lecture, group, seminar, conference or launch on a one-off or ongoing basis.

The Conference and Education facilities are comprised of a conference room, boardroom, and a lobby area with built in food service area. We provide a range of catering options that are tailored to your individual needs. QEC is an Early Parenting Centre (classified as a public hospital) located in the south-eastern suburbs. We provide a range of catering options that are tailored to your individual needs. Rooms are available for hire on an individual or collective basis, and set up to meet your requirements.


EQUIPMENT

Electronic whiteboards are supplied in the Board and Conference rooms.

Computer ports and telephone facilities can be arranged in addition.

TV and video can be hired at a fee of $25.00 per day.

A laptop hire at a fee of $35.

A multi-media projector is available at a fee of $60.00 per day.

Photocopying - 20c per page/ per copy

Faxing - $1 per page A copy of the function menu selection is available upon request.


RATE SCHEDULE 
Conference and Education Facilities are available seven days a week.
A $65 surcharge applies to Saturdays and $125 surcharge applies to Sundays and Public Holidays.


CONFERENCE ROOM
Full Day (8am - 5.00pm): $ 265
Half Day (7.30am - 12 midday): $ 160
Half Day (12.30pm - 5pm): $ 160
Evening (5.30pm - 10.30pm): $ 205


BOARD ROOM
Full Day (8am - 5.00pm): $ 185
Half Day (7.30am - 12 midday): $ 110
Half Day (12.30pm - 5pm): $ 110
Evening (5.30pm - 10.30pm): $ 130


CONFERENCE & BOARD ROOM
Full Day (8am - 5.00pm): $ 330
Half Day (7.30am - 12 midday): $ 240
