102nd Annual General Meeting

QEC hosted our AGM on 12th February 2021. 
We launched an exciting new research partnership with Monash University, and heard from Professor Helen Skouteris - Monash University Health and Social Care Unit, School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine. We released out 2019/20 Annual Report – you can find a copy here. We were extremely proud to launch our short film “2020 – The Year That Was”, celebrating the resilience of our people and the communities we serve. You can view the film here.

 

COVID-19 Response Update 12/02/2021

From 11.59pm tonight Friday 12/2/21 until 11.59pm Wed 17/2/21, further COVID-19 restrictions are in place across Victoria.

 

Please get tested and stay home if:

You have symptoms, however mild

You have visited an exposure site Department of Health and Human Services Victoria | Case locations and outbreaks (dhhs.vic.gov.au).

 

QEC is remaining open, with some COVID- safe modifications, during this period.

COVID-19 Response Update 26/10/2020

Thank you all for your ongoing partnership during the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

In light of the release of Victoria’s roadmap for re-opening, QEC is mapping our path toward COVID normal,subject to ongoing public health advice. This includes implementation of QEC’s COVIDSafe Plan prioritising the health and wellbeing of our staff and the families we care for and continue to support families through QEC Programs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Community-Based Services

  • Referral process unchanged
  • Home visits up to maximum of 60 minutes
  • Intake, review and closure meetings via telehealth
  • Telehealth support between home visits

Noble Park Residential PASDS Services

  • Residential PASDS 10 day program continues with 5 day telehealth + 5 days face to face

Noble Park Residential EPC Services

  • Referral process unchanged - via QEC website
  • Day Stay and 5 Day Residential: Face to face admissions and telehealth options
  • Maximum 8 Residential families admitted to unit  each week (including 2-3 PASDS families)

 

All QEC services are provided in line with our Model of Care - ensuring children are safe, healthy, growing and connected.

 

QEC’s approach to service delivery will continue to align with Victoria Chief Health Officer advice.
