Formed in 1917, the Queen Elizabeth Centre (QEC) is Victoria's largest provider of residential, community and home-based parenting services, for families with children aged from birth until 4 years of age. QEC’s vision is for children to get the best start in life.

The Family Experience Ward Clerk is the first point of contact for families and health professionals visiting and telephoning the ward.  You will be responsible for the delivery of consumer focused administrative support including accurate and timely entering of information into the QEC database, meeting and greeting families, as well as assisting the Nurse Unit Manager with data collection and preparing reports.    

 

To be considered for this role you will possess:

A proven track record within administration

A high level of competence using computer applications, including Microsoft Office and various in-house systems

Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines

Accurate and timely data entry skills

Excellent customer service skills
